Description |
INTERNAL AUDIT COORDINATOR
NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION
Mexico, Bolivia, Peru, Nicaragua, US
REPORTS TO: INTERNATIONAL AUDIT COMMITTEE
SUPERVISES: INTERNAL AUDITORS WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION NETWORK
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Coordination of the processes of continuous improvement of the function of internal audit through the network located in Peru, Bolivia, Mexico, Argentina and Nicaragua.
-Elaboration of the work chronogram, planning, etc. and coordination of the team of internal auditors to verify the fulfillment of the established chronogram.
-Training of internal auditors.
-Leadership coordinating the team with the objective to guarantee the correct operation of the policies of the network and the preparation of standardized information.
-Compilation and supervision of the information of internal auditors and preparation of consolidated reports and quarterly presentations to the committee of international audit.
-Participation in committees of audit of the organization internationally.
-Detection of areas in risk and design and coordination of the action plans.
-Elaboration of audit within the network when there are special necessities.

Requirements |
REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 5 years of experience in functions of internal audit/finance and management of teams.
-Excellent abilities of communication and leadership
-Dominion of English and Spanish as much spoken as written
-Experience in Microfinance (desired)
-Abilities of effective communication with the Committee of International Audit and the local networks
-The selected candidate could reside in Bolivia, Peru, Nicaragua or the US
-Availability to travel through the region (approximately 50% of the time.
