Description

Key Responsibilities:
Consult and advise senior leadership on best practices in recruiting, on-boarding, and talent development
Proactively guide and coach leadership on all Talent Management activities including performance management, wage and salary management, talent development, and succession planning.
Drive change and improvement in areas of opportunity within the region
Implement company policies and standardized processes within the business
Deploy strategies and programs

Other Responsibilities:
Facilitate issue resolution between employees and managers, as required
Work with the business leader to ensure positive employee relationship environment
Coordinate staffing (including recruiting, selections, and placement)
Analyze HR metrics and create and implement action plans based on those metrics
Drive implementation of training strategy
Work with division Health & Safety team to insure safety programs are implemented


Requirements

Position Requirements:
BA degree in human resources or a related discipline. Advanced degree is preferred
Minimum of 8 years of HR experience
English Desirable
Strong employee relations and team building skills a must
Self-starter results-oriented with a record of demonstrated successes accomplished through teamwork
High energy
Results oriented
Must have superior communication skills
Must be able to balance multiple and conflicting/changing priorities
Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Regional Travel: International travel is limited but may be required on occasion
